A mentoring initiative to improve the employability of people experiencing disability

MentorAbility Canada is a national supported employment initiative that facilitates unique, short-term mentoring opportunities between employers and people experiencing a disability.

By providing and celebrating successful mentoring experiences in communities across Canada, this initiative is part of a national effort to promote the employment of Canadians experiencing disability.  This initiative is supported by a team of provincial and/or regional hubs across Canada.

MentorAbility Canada’s short mentoring experiences are a powerful tool for you to learn more about jobs that interest you and possible career paths. It can also help you to grow your network.
