MentorAbility Canada is a national supported employment initiative that facilitates unique, short-term mentoring opportunities between employers and people experiencing a disability.

MentorAbility Canada is a national supported employment initiative that facilitates unique, short-term mentoring opportunities between employers and people experiencing a disability. By providing and celebrating successful mentoring experiences in communities across Canada, this initiative is part of a national effort to promote the employment of Canadians experiencing disability. This initiative is supported by a team of hubs across Canada.

MentorAbility Canada’s short mentoring experiences are a powerful tool for you to:

  • Gain awareness of a new talent pool and the benefits that this can offer to your organization and your staff; and
  • Develop valuable mentoring and leadership experience for you and your team.
